What is it for

Psyllium proposed in the form of Psyllogel is a fiber which, by its nature, favors the formation of a soft and voluminous fecal mass, suitable for facilitating intestinal motility. Its function is also appreciable in contributing to the sense of satiety in the context of diets to control / restore the silhouette; due to its action tending to slow down the absorption of nutrients, it can be useful in the diet of people with glucose and / or lipid metabolism.

How to use

Psyllogel should be taken with adequate amounts of water; pour the contents of one sachet into a drink glass (200ml); fill it with still non-carbonated water, mix well (for a few seconds) and drink immediately. If necessary, adjust the consistency of the preparation by further increasing the amount of water. Psyllogel's coloring is due to the presence of natural elderberry extract and beta-carotene. Normally, 1 sachet is taken 1 to 3/4 times a day, before or between meals or according to the doctor's advice.

Additional information

Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking the drugs. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
