What is it for

Psyllium proposed in the form of Psyllogel is a fiber which, by its nature, favors the formation of a soft and voluminous fecal mass, suitable for facilitating intestinal motility. Its function is also appreciable in low-calorie diets aimed at restoring the silhouette that it integrates without changing the balance established by the diet program. In general, fiber supplementation is to be avoided in early childhood, it can interfere with the absorption of drugs and have contraindications in pathologies of the gastrointestinal system.

How to use

Pour one sachet into a drink glass; fill it with water or your favorite non-carbonated drink (at least 200ml) mix well and drink immediately. Normally, 1 sachet is taken 1 to 3 times a day, before or between meals.

Composition

Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata), freeze-dried strawberries, Emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings, Sweeteners: acesulfame K (0.2%), aspartame (0.2%), Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Additional information

Contains a source of phenylalanine. Take Psyllogel at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after your medications.
