The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in the product is useful for:
• favor the regularity of intestinal transit thanks to the formation of a soft, bulky and flowing fecal mass;
• contribute to the growth of the bacterial flora useful for the organism;
• help slow down the absorption of nutrients in the diet of people with glucose and / or lipid metabolism.

Ingrediants
99% pure psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk., Tegumentum seminis); maltodextrin; flavorings; emulsifier: soy lecithin; sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Soy is a potentially allergenic substance or a cause of intolerances.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day depending on your needs, away from meals.
Psyllogel Fibra must be taken with adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a soft drink glass (200 ml), fill with natural non-carbonated water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
