Pulmogain is a device for respiratory gymnastics through the exercise of deep inhalation and / or exhalation, or both with a single device.

Indications

How does it work

How to use

• Position at mouth level and exhale normally before inhaling;
• tighten the lips around the mouthpiece;
• breathe in deeply and for a long time to raise the three spheres;
• hold your breath as long as possible;
• remove the mouthpiece from the mouth to exhale;
• repeat the exercise.
