Crackle Effect Nail Polish

An ART BASE Brilliant Nail Polish as an ultra-opaque optical white base and an ART TOP Decorative Top Coat to pass over the nails.
The effect is unique on each nail, immediate and spectacular. And 2 simple gestures are enough. The proposed combinations are intense and pop.
The Top Coat can also be used on top of any Pupa Milano Lasting Color nail polish.

The formula of the Art Base is characterized by a very high percentage of pigments for an intense and immediately opaque optical white result, designed to make the combination with the Art Top stand out to the maximum.
The formula of the Art Top contains a high quantity of volatile ingredients which, once the nail polish is applied, tend to evaporate in a few seconds making the color "withdraw" which thus forms the random decorations on the nail.

Like all Pupa products, even the enamels of the Nail Art Kits are produced in compliance with European (76/768) and Italian (713/86) cosmetic legislation and are therefore strictly compliant and safe.
The Art Base and the Top Coat do not contain:
- Toluene
- Formaldehyde
- DBP (dibutyl phthalate)
- Camphor
