Milupa Vegetable Puree - Gluten Free
Preparation based on selected and dehydrated mixed vegetables, coming from selected crops, and is naturally gluten-free. Legumes and vegetables are cooked, chopped and dehydrated to aid conservation. Preservative free. Ideal for the whole family.
Ingrediants
Dehydrated precooked vegetables (potatoes, peas, green beans, celery, leeks, carrots, onions, courgettes, spinach, parsley) (71%); maltodextrin; potato starch; rice starch; yeast extract; cornstarch; glucose syrup; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
How to use
To prepare the broth: pour the contents of an envelope into 180-200 ml of cold water and bring to the boil, adjusting the density according to taste. The preparation thus obtained can be used for cooking pasta, with the simple addition of a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese, or as an excellent base to which to add cereal creams, freeze-dried products, baby food, cheese, etc.
