Essential oil

Free from fear, fight insomnia and irritability. It has strong antiseptic properties as well as being digestive and diuretic. Used in massage it is useful in the presence of stretch marks, skin spots, scars.

How to use

Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (equivalent to 0.19 ml) on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 of sugar). Do not use pure without support, nor mix with water.
Equivalence: 1ml = 31 drops.

Warnings

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children under the age of 7, pregnant (especially during the first 3 months) or breastfeeding women, people with a history of seizure or epilepsy disorders, and people allergic to essential oils. For people under medical treatment and for children, consult a health specialist. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store away from light, air and heat.
