Recommendations for use
Use the stock essence only for short-term, emergency situations or to receive immediate support 30 ml bottle with dropper for 2/3 of natural mineral water or spring water and the remaining part of brandy, to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the stock bottle for each chosen essence. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol use apple vinegar or vegetable glycerin. The standard dosage is 4 drops under the tongue 4 times a day. Increase or decrease the frequency of intake according to personal sensitivity to flower essences. Shake lightly before use to keep the energy of the essences in an enhanced state.
