Lavonase Jet is a patented sterile disposable medical device for irrigation of the nasal cavities and nasopharynx, it consists of:

• a sterile disposable outflow system equipped with a perforator connected to an irrigation nozzle;
• a bag , containing physiological 0.9% NaCl solution, sterile, equipped with a valve for the insertion of drugs inside the bag and with a second valve in which the perforator of the outflow system is inserted.

How is Lavonase Jet used?

The nozzle is inserted into the nasal vestibule up to the nasal valve area, causing it to dilate and allowing better propagation of the solution inside the nasal cavity. The head must remain tilted forward throughout the nasal irrigation phase; the physiological solution contained in the bag must be heated to 35/40 ° C before use.
