Property
Harpagophyte: (or Devil's claw), is a plant native to South Africa, very widespread in Namidia, its active components are gliarpagosides. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, it is widely used in case of pain and muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and back, especially in the presence of arthritis. Mechanism of action: It appears to produce changes in leukotrines, a group of molecules involved in inflammatory pain.
Curcuma Longa: exerts an anti-inflammatory action in both acute and chronic cases. Its active ingredient is curcumin which prevents the release of inflammation mediators. It also has a hepatoprotective effect largely due to its antioxidant power.
Lapacho: its most important component is lapachol. This tree, native to Brazil, has antimicrobial and antiviral activity. Its extract also has a clear anti-inflammatory activity. The bark contains high amounts of tannin and has been shown to have the ability to chelate iron and therefore improve blood flow.
Solidago: it has digestive and stomachic properties, it is used in the affections of the urinary tract, it is an excellent drainage agent. It is useful in case of rheumatic affections because it counteracts the accumulation of uric acids.
