HOW IT WORKS
Coenzyme Q10 (or ubiquinone) is a fundamental element for the functioning of mitochondria. It is present in all cells (it is said to have ubiquitous distribution, hence ubiquinone) and is involved in the energy activities carried out by the heart, liver, brain and skeletal muscles.
Q10 MAX is a supplement based on Kaneka Q10® a particular Coenzyme Q10, obtained by fermentation from natural yeast. It also contains Sunflower Phospholipids and Bioperine®, a black pepper extract titrated at 95% in piperine, which performs an antioxidant function and is useful for the regular function of the cardiovascular system.

WHEN TO USE IT
Coenzyme Q10 is part of the normal physiological processes of the body and can be useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need.
HOW TO USE IT
1 capsule during or after each main meal, with a little water or other liquid; up to 4 capsules per day is recommended.
