Quick Clean ™ Microwave Bags are a quick way to sanitize breast pump components and accessories, bottles, teats and cups. They can be used almost anywhere - you just need a microwave and clean water.

How do Quick Clean ™ microwave bags work?

Medela microwave bags use steam to kill common germs, bacteria and yeasts, quickly and easily, similar to a steam sterilizer or bottle sterilizer that uses steam to disinfect breast pump components and other accessories. As with all other sanitizing methods, adequate preparation is required; rinse the items you want to sanitize with cold, clean water, then wipe them with warm soapy water before rinsing them again. Also, add some water to the bag along with the components, and seal it. Place the bag in the microwave and heat it according to the instructions for use (at least three minutes).
