Ingredients
Each 360 mg capsule contains: hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq.) leaves and flowers. 24%, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb 20%, escolzia (Eschscholtziacalifornica Cham) herb 18%; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) eg 13%, inulin, red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers eg 6.5%, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Instructions for use
Take one capsule half an hour before bedtime. Take another one in case of waking up at night.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
