Organic Quinoa Real from Bolivia is considered the finest of all the 200 varieties that grow in the Andes. The grain is round, with a full flavor and nutty hints. Due to its excellent nutritional profile it is an excellent alternative to other cereals such as rice or couscous; we recommend it to enrich your salads or to create tasty croquettes.
HOW TO USE
Rinse the quinoa grains in plenty of running water, measuring around 70g per person. Pour them into lightly salted boiling water, cook for 12-15 minutes, until the grains open, forming lighter circles. Drain and season to taste.
