How to use

We recommend taking 1 or 2 drops a day of EO to be diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). It is possible to use it externally for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops in the aroma diffusers. 2 drops on average contain 87 mg of oe of cloves. Close carefully after use.
