Enervit Sport R2 Recovery Drink is an energy product based on carbohydrates, branched amino acids, L-glutamine and vitamins, to be used after intense and prolonged muscular effort in the context of sports . * Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense and / or prolonged exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. HOW TO USE
