Swedish Bitter

Dosage and method of use:
- heaviness in the stomach: 1 teaspoon in 1/2 glass of water or herbal tea.
- Stomach acidity: as above but in as little liquid as possible (1/4 glass).
- Pain and abdominal swelling: prepare a herbal tea of fennel and anise with the addition of 1 and a half tablespoons of bitter, drink lukewarm. To increase the effect, perform a cataplasm on the painful part.
- Lazy intestine: 3 tablespoons in 3 fingers of herbal tea or water.
- Colitis: 1 tablespoon in 3 fingers of water or herbal tea, 3 times a day.
- Flu symptoms: at the first symptoms take 1 tablespoon, in a little warm otisane water, 3 times a day, 2 hours before meals.
- Sinusitis and constipation: apply a bitter-soaked gauze on the forehead. Moisten the nape of the neck, throat, temples and lung area with bitter.
- Stuffed nose: suffamigis twice a day with 1 and 1/2 liters of boiling water with the addition of 4 tablespoons of amaro. Inhale covered with a towel for about 10 minutes.
- Sore throat: fill a glass 3/4 full with warm water and add 2 tablespoons of bitter. Gargle several times a day.
- Cough: fumigate with 1 and 1/2 liters of boiling water with the addition of 4 diamond spoons, 3 times a day. Also take the amaro in the morning and in the evening in hot sage and thyme tea. In case of severe inflammation, apply a gauze soaked in diamond on the chest and bronchi (for at least 1 hour).

Contraindications:
no contraindications for external use.
For internal use, do not take in the presence of stomach irritations.
