Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are essential in human nutrition, they represent an important fraction of muscle tissue and are useful in the athlete's diet. Peptides are small chains of amino acids that are often faster to assimilate than the same amino acids.

Characteristics

The Ramtech BCAA 2: 1: 1 product provides branched chain amino acids, beta-Alanine and Vitamins B. Vitamins B6 and B1 contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen. The zinc present contributes to normal protein synthesis. The presence of PepForm - Leucine Peptides - completes the formulation and allows an effective assimilation of leucine. The product is useful for those who carry out intense activities. It does not contain gluten (Gluten Free), it is therefore also suitable for celiac subjects or those with gluten intolerance.

Instructions for Use

Dissolve 1 serving (1 small scoop = 10 g) in at least 250 ml of water. The product can be taken during intense activities (intra workout), dissolved in a bottle, also associated with other supplements. The product is also suitable for post-workout. The maximum allowed dosage is 5g of BCAA / day, equal to one scoop.

Pre-exercise use (anticatabolic and contrasting muscle acidosis purposes): about 2 hours before the start of training.

Post-exercise use (nourish the muscle and fight free radicals): about 1 hour after the end of the workout or in the evening, when the anabolic phase is more efficient.

Intra-workout use (supporting the muscles, counteracting fatigue, anti-catabolic): dissolved in a bottle, to be taken during very intense activities as a complement to hydrosaline / energy integration.
