Rasopatie GHS - Food for Special Medical Purposes

GEMELLIHEALTHTM RASOPATIE is a food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of patients (including dysphagia or with swallowing difficulties) suffering from Rasopathies or other diseases that lead to growth retardation associated with hypermetabolism, such as Williams-Beuren syndrome, Rett syndrome , Infantile Cerebral Palsy. It must be used under the direction and under medical supervision.

The attending physician will take into account, case by case, the specific nutritional needs dictated by the etiological and functional diagnosis of the subject with Rasopathie and will integrate the prescription with a balanced nutritional program.

For GEMELLIHEALTHTM RASOPATIE a formulation based on vegetable proteins, slowly absorbed carbohydrates, vegetable oils and fibers, enriched with bromelain, papain and vitamins has been developed. The product is not suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition and must not be administered parenterally.

DOSES AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

it is suitable for consumption and oral administration in patients from 4 years of age, for whom the product has been specifically formulated. The dose should be determined by the physician based on the estimated specific needs. As a guideline, it is recommended to take 2 sachets to complement each meal according to the following scheme: - patients aged 4 to 8: 4 sachets / day (breakfast + snack); - patients over 8 years: 6 sachets / day (breakfast + 2 snacks).

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve the contents of two bags of 25 g each of product in about 200 ml of water and consume after reconstitution. The volume of liquid can be varied based on the desired consistency level.

WARNINGS

GEMELLIHEALTHTM RASOPATIE should be used under medical supervision and indication. It is not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition and must not be administered parenterally. The product may pose health risks if consumed by people not affected by the disease, disorder or pathological state for which the product is indicated.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. The expiry date refers to the product properly stored, in unopened package.
