Chaste tree dry extract ( Vitex agnus-castus L. , fruit, 0.5% agnuside), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, raspberry dry extract ( Rubus idaeus L. , fruit); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Gluten -free and lactose -free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 capsules per day depending on the intensity of the ailments.
In prevention: 1 capsule per day, starting 5 days before the planned cycle.
