Dolonerv is a food supplement based on Carnitine, Group B Vitamins and Turmeric.

Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, while Turmeric supports joint function. Dolonerv has a neuroprotective action. It is indicated in the treatment of injuries or inflammatory states of the peripheral nerves.

Acetylcarnitine is shown to be useful in the treatment of peripheral neuropathic pain, with a neuro-protective and analgesic action. Several studies show that taking Acetylcarnitine leads to an improvement in sensory functions and a decrease in pain.
