Plantain, grindelia and mallow have an emollient and soothing action (oropharyngeal mucosa) and contribute to the tone of the voice.
Plantain, grindelia and elderberry contribute to the functionality of the upper respiratory tract.
Elderberry, mallow and myrtle contribute to the fluidity of bronchial secretions.
The plantain contributes to the functionality of the mucous membranes of the respiratory system.
Elderberry contributes to the body's natural defenses.
Myrtle contributes to the well-being of the nose and throat and has a balsamic effect.

How to use
It is recommended to take 30 ml a day, using the appropriate measuring cup, divided into two doses of 15 ml each. Shake well before use.
