Ready Gel is an innovative product useful as a first attack in case of nausea and vomiting and in pediatric age.

In most cases, vomiting is a symptomatology linked to acute gastroenteritis and in these cases the WHO (World Health Organization) and ESPGHAN (European Society of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Pediatric Nutrition) recommend the use
ad libitum of gluco-saline oral rehydrating solutions with reduced osmolarity.
However, in many cases the immediate administration of the above solutions is not easy due to the bad taste.
Thanks to its gel consistency, Ready gel has an excellent flavor and is also much more tolerated than common oral rehydrating solutions. In any case, it is always useful to continue rehydration by administering water and / or oral rehydrating solutions.
In case of suspected moderate or severe dehydration, immediate access to health facilities. Ready gel is not a simple oral rehydration solution, but it is a triple action gel.

In particular Ready gel contains:
- citrates and titrated extract of ginger that play an effective role in preventing the onset of ketonemic states (acetone) and, as reported by recent scientific studies, perform an effective anti-nausea action, thus limiting vomiting episodes and thus preventing dehydration .
- Mineral salts (sodium, potassium, chlorine) and glucose in specific quantities provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and ESPGHAN (European Society of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Pediatric Nutrition), which recommend the use of rehydrating solutions

- Saccharomyces boulardii and fiber (inulin) useful for restoring the balance of the intestinal flora and counteracting diarrheal episodes, often increased in response to the use of common oral rehydrating solutions, preventing proper rehydration.
The same ESPGHAN guidelines mentioned above confirm the efficacy and safety of saccharomyces boulardii recommending its use to combat acute pediatric gastroenteritis.
Nausea and vomiting also occur due to ketonemic states (acetone) or motion sickness (motion sickness, seasickness). Given its composition and excellent tolerability, Ready gel is particularly suitable in these particular situations.
