The plus line is made by mixing the powder with the dry extract of the same plant. The dry extracts are powdery preparations, more or less agglomerated, obtained by total evaporation of the extractive liquids. At the origin they are always liquid preparations (fluid extracts) or of intermediate consistency (soft extracts) since a solvent (usually alcohol of an appropriate title) is used to facilitate the extraction of the active ingredients from the drug. In addition, red clover is a rich source of calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, thiamine and vitamin A, vitamin B-12, vitamin E, K and C.

In phytotherapy, red clover, used as an infusion, is of great help in respiratory diseases such as bronchitis, cough and hoarseness and is also beneficial in gastric disorders, such as diarrhea, gastritis and loss of appetite.
