How to use
Open the pouch and take out the patch.
Remove the transparent protective film.
Apply the patch to the affected area, making sure it adheres properly. Wait 10-15 minutes for the sensation of heat to be felt. To increase the sensation of warmth, before applying the patch, moisten the adhesive side with hot water to activate the warming effect. Leave the patch on for 24 hours, then replace it with a new one.
