Description
Food supplement based on psyllium cuticle (Plantago ovata) useful for promoting the regularity of intestinal transit as it promotes the normal volume and consistency of feces. Promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora thanks to the prebiotic effect. Furthermore, it modulates the absorption of nutrients and promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) 99% pure cuticle powder, maltodextrin, orange fruit juice powder (maltodextrin), natural orange flavouring; acidifier: citric acid (E 330); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E 551); sweetener: sucralose (E 955); colouring: beta-carotene [E 160 a (i)].

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets during the day. Dissolve the contents of a sachet in 250 ml of water (non-carbonated): place the powder first and then the water.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds and drink immediately. Take the product between meals to promote intestinal regularity; before meals to modulate the absorption of nutrients.
Take the product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking medications.
