Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts. Senna favors the regularity of intestinal transit; caraway and peppermint are useful for the elimination of gases, and mallow has an emollient and digestive action; licorice stimulates the functionality of the digestive system.

Ingredients
Senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahal.) Leaves 2250 mg, caraway (Carum carvi L.) seeds 300 mg, peppermint (Peppermint L.) leaves 180 mg, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) blue flowers 180 mg, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L .) root 90 mg.

How to use
To be taken as it is or suspended in water (up to two teaspoons a day, possibly in the evening before going to bed), or in the form of an infusion (two teaspoons in 200 ml of boiling water, leaving to infuse for 10-15 minutes).

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not administer under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant and breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor.
