CONTENTS: Functional ingredients in 2 tablets: Vitamin C 180 mg, Iron fumarate (Iron 21 mg), Copper sulphate (Copper 600 mcg), Folic acid 200 mcg.

HOW TO USE: it is recommended to take 2 chewable tablets a day.
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
