Relax Day & Night Equilibra®, presents an association of plant extracts known since ancient times for their ability to contribute to relaxation. Passionflower , Chamomile and Hawthorn , useful for promoting mental well-being, are present in association with Valerian , Lavender and Escolzia , which have always been used to promote sleep and relaxation in case of stress.
How to use
In case of stress, 1 to 3 tablets throughout the day; for a good sleep 2 to 3 tablets half an hour before bedtime. The tablets should be swallowed with liquid.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not use during pregnancy, lactation.
Method of conservation
Keep in a cold and dry place; avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and keep away from humidity. The period of validity refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package.
Ingrediants
Passiflora herb with flowers dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) tit. min 4% total flavonoids expressed as vitexin, Chamomile flowers dry extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.) tit. min 0.3% apigenin, Valerian root dry extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), tit. min. 0.42% valerenic acids. Bulking agents: Calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, Hawthorn flowers and leaves powder (Crataegus monogyna Jacq), Hawthorn flowers and leaves dry extract (Crataegus oxyacantha auct), Lavender flowering tops dry extract (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.), Escolzia grass dry extract ( Eschscholtzia californica Cham) tit. 0.2% protopin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
