Magnesium food supplement with plant extracts of Valerian, Lavender, Hawthorn and Escolzia useful in case of deficiency or increased need for these nutrients.
Lavender and Escolzia promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress. Lavender promotes normal mood. Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being. Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule per day to be swallowed with water without chewing or opening and to be taken preferably in the evening.
