Description
Sterile ophthalmic solution containing sT-LysYal, a supramolecular aggregate capable of acting on the structures of the ocular surface, modulating the restoration of the physiological balance of the tear film.
RELYS is indicated in cases of dry eyes, visual fatigue/prolonged use of video terminals, redness, excessive tearing, burning and itching of the eyes caused by irritative phenomena (excessive exposure to dust, smoke, wind, sun, driving, etc.), sensation of sand in the eyes.
RELYS is also indicated in the presence of contact lenses. Instillation, before and during the use of contact lenses, increases comfort and helps prevent possible ocular complications. The instillation of RELYS, even frequent, has no contraindications and ensures lasting comfort.
Instructions for use
Single dose: open the protective bag and detach into mini container. Open the mini container carefully, turning and pulling the cap and avoiding contact with the opening.
Gently press the mini-container and instill 1-2 drops per eye, being careful not to touch the eye with the tip of the mini-container. Close the mini container and store it inside the sachets.
The residual liquid can be used within 12 hours after first opening.
Multidose: instill 1 or 2 drops into the eye, exerting light pressure on the body of the bottle.
Use the bottle within 90 days of first opening.
You can repeat the operation several times a day as needed.
Components
sT-LysYal (supramolecular aggregate of hyaluronic acid, lysine, thymine and sodium chloride), mannitol, tribasic sodium citrate, citric acid, water.
Warnings
Product for external ophthalmic use only. It is advisable to continue using RELYS for a few days after the symptom has disappeared. Allow 10-15 minutes to pass after use before instilling medicines for external ophthalmic use.
As soon as it is instilled, you may experience temporary visual blurring which will disappear after a few seconds.
It is advisable to wait for the blurring to disappear before undertaking any activity that requires visual clarity (driving cars, using machinery, etc...). Do not dispose of the bottle in the environment after use. Do not use if the vial is damaged. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package. Do not swallow. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Keep away from heat sources and we recommend storing at room temperature.
It is recommended not to use in case of hypersensitivity to one of the components. There are no known side effects of clinical relevance. As soon as it is applied you may feel a burning sensation which tends to go away spontaneously in a short time. If side effects other than those described appear, discontinue application and consult your doctor.
