Food supplement useful as an adjuvant in relaxation and in promoting sleep.
Hawthorn
Sedative action at a central level thanks to the presence of tannins and flavonoids: especially useful in very nervous patients, in which it reduces emotionality, a state of tension and improves sleep.
Tryptophan
It promotes sleep, given its ability to raise the level of serotonin in the brain. Serotonin is a calming substance.
Melatonin
Pseudo-hormone that appears to modulate sleep-wake rhythms, produced by the pineal gland in response to dark or low light.

How to use
It is suggested to dilute 30 to 50 drops of product (equal to 1.5 / 2.5 ml) in a little water, 2/3 before dinner. Repeat the intake immediately before going to bed.
