Ingrediants
Harpagophytum procumbens dry extract (45 mg for 4 capsules) standardized to 2.5% inharpagosyde; dry extract zingiber officinalis; dry extract urtica dioica.

How to use
2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening for the first 3 months.
Maintenance: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.

Warnings
For pregnant or nursing women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor's opinion.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
