Reonat

Reonat is a Food Supplement based on Fermented Soybean Extract that contains Nattokinase NSK-SD, a fibrinolytic and antithrombotic enzyme of natural origin, with plasma-like activity.

Fermented Soybean Extract

The fermented soybean extract comes in the form of an odorless milk-white powder. It consists of 30% fermented soybean extract powder and 70% resistant dextrin (as support) derived from corn starch, which is added during processing. Vitamin K2 is eliminated during the manufacturing process. The fermented soybean extract contains Nattokinase isolated from natto, a food produced by the fermentation of non-genetically modified soybean (Glicine Max L.) with a selected strain of Bacillus Subtilis var. Natto. Nattokinase activity: 20,000 - 28,000 FU / g (Fibrin degradation unit, Method of analysis described in Takaoka et al.)

NSK-SD Nattokinase

Nattokinase is an enzyme found in Japanese food called natto. During the extraction and purification process, the Vitamin K2 present in natto is completely removed to ensure greater safety of use. Nattokinase is a Serine-Protease consisting of the residue of 275 amino acids, has a molecular weight of 275 Dalton, is presented as an odorless, milky-white powder, and has a fibrinolytic activity equal to 2000 Fibrinolytic Units (FU) per 100 mg. of active ingredient. The recommended dosage is 100 mg per day, equal to 2000. FU Nattokinase NSK-SD® is included in the JHFA (Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association) and JNKA (Japan Nattokinase Association) lists, this guarantees authenticity and conformity of the active ingredient. Nattokinase NSK-SD is produced using non-genetically modified soy, fermented from a strain of Bacillus Subtilis var. Natto covered by international patent, owned by JBSL (Japan Bio Science Laboratory).

Property:

Nattokinase is characterized by the ability to modify the rheological properties of blood; it improves blood flow by reducing its viscosity. Its action is carried out through the inhibition of red blood cell aggregation, the inhibition of platelet aggregation, and the improvement of fibrinolytic and thrombolytic activity. At the recommended dosage, Nattokinase reduces the concentration of coagulation factors to a minimum of physiological quantities without interfering with the hemostatic processes of the wound. Nattokinasi also possesses antihypertensive activity and is able to reduce the concentration of Reactive Protein C (PCR), a known risk factor for cardiovascular-cerebro-vascular diseases.

Indications:

Reonat can be used as an adjuvant if there is a reduced intake or greater use of its constituents, which occurs mainly in the course of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases, Peripheral Arteriopathies, Deep Vein Thrombosis and in all conditions in which it is desired to reduce blood viscosity

Method of use and dosage:

It is recommended to take 1 tablet once a day unless otherwise prescribed.

Warnings

Nattokinase NSK-SD is a derivative of soy and some traces of it may be present in the finished product. Do not take the product if you are allergic to soy. It is not recommended to take the product during pregnancy and lactation. Subjects being treated with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs should seek the advice of their doctor before taking the product. It is advisable to stop taking the product before surgery.
