Repy DRESS

Sterile dressing for the treatment of cutaneous wounds of surgical, traumatic (e.g. burns, avulsions) and self-traumatic (e.g. continuous solutions from scratching) origin. and at the same time protects tendons, bones and ligaments that may be exposed in wounds with significant loss of substance from dehydration. It can be cut into any shape and size without losing its chemical-physical characteristics and maintaining the ability to conform even to highly curved surfaces (e.g. bony prominences) and patient movements.
Glycerin hydrogel
In solid form with high absorbency (up to 100 grams of exudate in 24 hours) and soothing effect, capable not only of mechanically protecting the wound, but also of creating an ideal moisture microenvironment to stimulate the cicatrization process and control the risk of over infections.
Polymer gel
Microenvironment control.

Ingrediants
Polymer gel; 65% glycerin; Lycra.

How to use
Remove the dressing from the bag and remove the cling film. Apply to the previously cleaned wound, with the gel in direct contact with the skin. Secure concerotto or elastic bandage.
