Rescue is the famous Bach Flower Essence blend with an immediate calming effect. Capsules to dissolve in the mouth when sleep is disturbed and agitated.

To the five Essences that compose it (Rock Rose, Clematis, Impatiens, Cherry Plums and Star of Bethlehem), White Chestnut has been added, which helps to free you from recurring and nagging thoughts that do not give the mind rest. Rock Rose, against panic or terror; Impatiens, to restore calm; Clematis, against the tendency to give in, the feeling of distancing just before fainting; Cherry Plum, against the fear of losing control, of going out of your mind.

Doses

Put 1 capsule on the tongue whenever sleep is disturbed by obsessive thoughts. The capsule dissolves quickly, releasing 4 drops of Rescue Night. Alcohol-free
