Based on glycine, resveratrol, melatonin, vitamin D and black cohosh extract.

Black cohosh (Black Cohosh (L.) Nutt.) Is useful for combating menopause disorders.

Vitamin D contributes to maintaining normal bones and muscle function. In addition, it maintains the normal function of the immune system.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.

Resveratrol is a polyphenol of plant origin extracted from the roots of Polygonum cuspidatum used for its antioxidant properties.

Glycine is a protein amino acid that has multiple functions in the body, including that of a neurotransmitter at the level of the central nervous system, with effects promoting sleep.

The innovative RESMED3 nanoemulsion technology allows excellent bioavailability and absorption of the active ingredients through the sub-lingual capillaries.

Composition

One sachet contains

• 750 mg of glycine
• 30 mg of resveratrol
• 1 mg of melatonin
• 5.6 mg of Black Cohosh
• 50 mcg of vitamin D3 equal to 2000 IU (international units)

How to use

Take one sachet a day in the evening, one hour before bedtime. Pour the powder directly into the mouth under the tongue, allowing it to absorb. Do not ingest and do not take with water.

Warnings

Do not administer and keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols: excessive consumption can cause laxative effects. For use and duration of intake it is advisable to consult your doctor. Do not use in case of liver dysfunction or disease.

Method of conservation

Keep in a cold and dry place; avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and humidity. The minimum storage term refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
