Description
High-calorie and high-protein food for special medical purposes, formulated for the treatment of calorie-protein malnutrition in cancer patients. Thanks to the compact format it is suitable for patients who have difficulty consuming the recommended quantities.
To be used under medical supervision for the dietary management of patients with malnutrition or at risk of malnutrition, with muscle depletion and:
- neoplasms;
- increase in energy and protein requirements;
- pathological states in which a restriction of liquids is necessary;
- pathologies associated with delayed gastric emptying or reduced gastric volume;
- in the post-operative phase;
- burns.
UHT sterilized. Without dietary fiber.
