Ingrediants
Vitamin (ascorbic acid), microencapsulated iron pyrophosphate: thickener: sorbitol; bulking agent: cellulose; lactoferrin (contains milk derivatives); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; vitamin B5 (Ca D-pantothenate), folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day.
