Indications
For the reduction of the necrotic load in ulcers with moderate and abundant exudate, for the deep cleansing of the lesions. Suitable for acute and chronic infected large wounds, for pressure ulcers in the sacral area, for vascular ulcers, surgical wounds and for the treatment of heel injuries. Suitable for 1st and 2nd degree burns.

Dosage and method of use
Clean the wound as usual, moisten slightly with saline then apply the gauze pad and bandage as usual. During the first week, medicate every 24 hours and then every 48/72 hours according to the judgment of the healthcare professional.

Medical device Class 2A CE 0344.
Soft dressing in pure medical grade honey polyacetate with high enzymatic concentration. Gamma sterilized and does not adhere to the lesion. It guarantees a prolonged antibacterial action thanks to the slow release of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Gluconic acid creates an acid environment equal to pH 3.5 that inhibits bacterial proliferation.
