Dosage and method of use
We recommend taking 1-2 capsules a day to be taken preferably in the morning before or during breakfast.

Characteristics
Food supplement, it is a valuable aid to the hair structure in fighting the peculiar imperfections of the scalp; composed of a combination of amino acids (methionine, cystine), vitamins (A, C, E, B5, B6, B2, biotin) and minerals (iron, copper, zinc, selenium). Hair like nails are skin appendages consisting mainly of keratin and protein similar to that found in the horny layer of the skin (superficial layer). Antioxidant vitamins (A, C and E) are necessary elements to maintain good elasticity for the regrowth of hair and nails.
