Non-alcoholic Spelled Beer
The non-alcoholic unfiltered Liber beer from the old Bavarian Riedenburger brewery is brewed from spelled and barley malt.
The production process is identical to that of all other beers but, during fermentation, the alcohol is not allowed to develop.
This is why Liber preserves all the flavor, color and pleasant aroma typical of beer intact, even without containing alcohol.
The color is light golden.
