All the experience of Italian pasta masters to enhance a cereal that is ancient in history and origin. The Storie di Semi pasta is bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures. Khorasan durum wheat (Triticum turgidum spp. Turanicum) is an ancient pure variety of wheat, already cultivated 6000 years ago throughout the fertile crescent, in Mesopotamia, up to the Nile and between Anatolia and the Iranian Plateau of the Province of Khorasan. The khorasan of our products is grown in Canada, in soils selected for their organoleptic properties and in vast and contiguous spaces that allow better control and qualitative homogeneity of the harvest. Our khorasan pasta is the result of the selection of quality semolina and excellent processing. The bronze die gives the surface a rough, rough and porous appearance, which allows the pasta to better capture sauces and flavors. The rhythms of the past guarantee a quality taste experience.
