Ristatin® Food Supplement

Food supplement that promotes the control of plasma cholesterol and triglycerides, also contributes to the regular functionality of the cardiovascular system and is able to counteract the harmful action of free radicals. It also helps protect cellular constituents from oxidative damage. Formulated with the patented association DIF1STAT:

- Fermented red rice : natural element that provides HGM-CoA reductase (Lovastatin + Monacolin K), indicated for maintaining the physiological levels of plasma cholesterol.
Red rice intervenes at a specific point in the synthesis of endogenous cholesterol in the liver. Here Monakolin K, functional substance of Monascus and similar in structure to a statin, blocks the activity of HMG-CoA reductase, a fundamental enzyme in the synthesis of cholesterol itself. The various studies carried out (using selected and purified extracts of red rice) have confirmed this cholesterol-lowering activity. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 mg. by Monakolina K.

- Folic acid : important element for the reproduction and normal growth of cells, especially for blood cells; reduces circulating levels of homocysteine, an important marker of cardiovascular risks.

How to use

It is recommended to take one capsule a day, preferably the evening before bedtime, regularly for a period of at least 3-4 months, repeatable and prolongable for a long time in case of benefit on lipid metabolism.

Warnings

Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking lipid-lowering medications, consult your doctor before using the product.

Composition

DIF1STAT (monascus purpureus dry extract titrated 1.5% in mevinoline; linear aliphatic alcohols titrated 60% in octacosanol, niacin,) green tea leaves dry extract titrated 40% in polyphenols; vitamin E acetate powder titrated 50%; pyridoxine chloryrate; cyanocobalamin titrated 0.1%; folic acid; bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate.
