Composition

Glucosamine sulfate
It is an endogenous amino-monosaccharide necessary for the formation of glycosaminoglycan (GAG) chains, the main components of joint cartilage. With advancing age there may be a decrease in glucosamine synthesis, so an exogenous intake can help restore balance in the metabolism of GAGs and prevent the onset and / or progress of inflammatory and degenerative conditions. of the articular cartilages.

Chondroitin sulfate
It is a glycosaminoglycan present in the cartilages that stimulates the endogenous production of proteoglycans and chondrocytes for the synthesis of a new cartilage matrix. Furthermore, its particular conformation allows it to attract and retain numerous water molecules and thus guarantee the right degree of hydration and lubrication thanks to which the cartilage can allow all the sliding, compression and concussion ratios typical of joint movements.

Sodium Jalauronate
It is a GAG formed by repeated polysaccharide chains which in turn consist of thousands of disaccharide units of N-acetylglucosamine and sodium glucuronate residues. It is arranged in the amorphous matrix of the connective tissue, where thanks to its high polarity, it is able to complex in an aggregate conformation with a considerable number of water molecules and is therefore responsible for the degree of hydration, turgidity, tone, plasticity , viscosity and tension protection, i.e. resistance to excessive stress of the fabric. Hyaluronic acid is a fundamental component of the synovial fluid to which it confers the particular viscoelastic properties. Over the years, the body's hyaluronic acid content tends to decrease. Its exogenous contribution is therefore useful for the biosynthetic processes to which it belongs. The form of sodium hyaluronate present in Artyal forte derives from the fermentation activities of plant constituents and is made up of small macromolecules.

Type II hydrolyzed collagen
It is a collagen subjected to a particular purification process that makes it more easily absorbed by the body. Collagen fibers are the result of a spontaneous extracellular polymerization of tropocollagen units, in turn consisting of three polypeptide chains, rich in glycine, proline and arginine residues, wrapped in a right-handed helix. Collagen is largely responsible for the well-being and strength of the tendons and joints.

Bromelain 2500 GDU
Bromelain has an anti-inflammatory and anti-edema action, at the level of the inflamed tissue it reduces vasodilation, capillary permeability, leukocyte migration and local pain and facilitates the reabsorption of exudate. It is indicated in all inflammatory, traumatic and painful processes of the musculoskeletal system.
