Product based on Bromelain 2500 GDU, Hesperidin, Diosmin, Escin, Gotu kola and Heparin whose association favors a strong anti-edema action, with a prolonged cryotherapy effect, which can be useful for relieving the sense of heaviness, swelling and pain in the lower limbs in case of alterations of the venous microcirculation.

Composition

Bromelain 2500 GDU
It is used to improve circulation and skin trophism, as it has an antithrombotic action, because it is able to solubilize atherosclerotic plaques, thus hindering the formation of thrombus inside the blood vessels. For this reason it is useful in the presence of varicose veins and in disorders of the circulatory system. It is also used as an anti-edema, particularly effective in the treatment of localized inflammation of the soft tissues associated with trauma, in post-operative tissue reactions and in the presence of edema or cellulite (localized lipodystrophy), bruising and hematomas as it accelerates the resorption of hemorrhagic extravasations.

Hesperidin
Hesperidin is a flavonoid that keeps capillaries healthy by reducing permeability and making them stronger at breakage and bleeding. It is indicated as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of varicose veins, hebitic complications, hemorrhoids and in states of capillary fragility, as it reduces the permeability and fragility of the capillary walls, while increasing their resistance.
Hesperidin also boasts remarkable antioxidant and anti-logistic properties.

Diosmin
It is a glycosidated flavonoid naturally present in various botanical species. The most effective in the treatment of varicose veins and lymphedema whose mechanism of action would be attributable to an increase in the drainage of the lymphatic vessels, endothelial protection and an improvement in venous tone.

Escin
Aescin represents the most important active ingredient together with flavonoids, for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and vasoprotective properties, giving the plant anti-edema and vasoconstrictive properties. In fact, this precious active principle is able to reduce the activity of elastase and hyaluronidase, two enzymes that attack the endothelium of the vessels and the extracellular matrix, weakening their structure. By reducing the activity of these enzymes, the vessels regain their normal resistance and permeability. It is widely used in the treatment of all circulatory disorders in conditions of peripheral venous insufficiency and phlebitic syndromes. The capillary protective and decongestant action is expressed in improving the activity of the microcirculation by reducing the permeability of the capillaries, thus favoring lymphatic drainage. It fights the water retention of sodium and chlorides by stimulating
diuresis, through a draining action.

Gotu kola
The properties are contained in the aerial parts, rich in triterpene saponins (asiaticoside and madecassicoside), essential oil and various polyphenols with antioxidant properties. The best known properties are those concerning the benefits that can be found against venous insufficiency, especially in the lower limbs, in the case of varicose veins or varicose veins. Clinical studies have shown that gotu kola extract improves the elasticity of the veins and protects them in case of venous hypertension.

Heparin
Heparin is a molecule with natural anticoagulant activity, produced in the Golgi apparatus of basophilocytes and mast cells. It naturally binds to a factor in the blood, anti-thrombin III, an inhibitory enzyme which, following its binding with the heparin itself, changes its conformation, exposing its active site. Heparin is widely used as a blood thinner.
