Product based on L-Arginine, Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, Tribulus terrestris, Maca and Damiana, which performs a tonic, aphrodisiac and adaptogenic activity, thus exerting a significant action to support the sexual life of the subject affected by sexual dysfunctions supported by factors psychogenic, anxiogenic, psychophysical stress and inadequate lifestyle.
Composition
L-Arginine
It is a basic polar amino acid, whose basicity is due to the guanidine group that characterizes the hydrophilic side chain. Through the action of the enzyme nitric oxide synthase, arginine is converted into citrulline with the production of nitric oxide (NO), which in addition to stimulating the cell-mediated immune response, inducing the reduction of platelet aggregation, contributes to the maintenance of a physiological vascular tone and acts as a vasodilator by increasing the blood supply to the tissues.
L-arginine therefore represents an active and vital stimulus for male sexuality with effects on both sperm production and erections. In fact, the NO derived from it stimulates the cytosolic enzyme guanylate cyclase to produce cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) whose increase determines a relaxation of the smooth muscle of the penis with a consequent increase in the flow of blood to the corpora cavernosa causing an erection. , and thus allowing the man to have stronger and longer lasting erections. Therefore, the increase in arginine in the body favors the increase of NO and consequently, the increase in the elasticity and dilation of blood vessels, preventing possible problems of Erectile Dysfunction.
Ginseng (Vacciunum macrocarpon)
The dry extract of Panax ginseng is traditionally used as a substance with a tonic-adaptogen effect capable of promoting a state of better non-specific resistance in the body, useful for better counteracting stress factors.
Ginseng is the most studied medicinal plant for Erectile Dysfunction. Several studies have shown that it has an antioxidant and organ-protective activity associated with the increase of nitric oxide (NO) synthesis in the endothelium of the lungs, kidneys, heart and corpora cavernosa of the penis. In addition to polysaccharides and vitamins especially of the B group, the main constituents of Ginseng, to which the effectiveness of the same would be attributable, are ginsenosides, a class of steroidal chemical compounds, saponins, terpenes that determine a dose-dependent relaxation of smooth muscles of the corpora cavernosa through an increase in the release of NO.
Ginkgo Biloba
It is a legendary tree native to China and Japan whose leaves contain terpenes, polyphenols, proanthocyanidins and flavonoids that give it a high antioxidant power, protecting the body from damage caused by free radicals.
Ginkgo Biloba is particularly known for its blood circulation improvement activity. In fact, flavonoids reduce capillary fragility by regulating the tone and elasticity of arteries and veins and facilitating the flow to the organs, including the genitals. In particular, by improving the blood supply of the corpora cavernosa of the penis, it allows a greater flow of blood to the organ, resulting in an improvement in male sexual performance. Furthermore, it has been observed that Ginkgo biloba extracts have a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of the corpora cavernosa through an increase in the bioavailability of nitric oxide.
Tribulus terrestris
It is a perennial shrub, used since time immemorial in the Asian herbal tradition, and in Indian and Chinese medicine, against male impotence and infertility for its ability to stimulate the production of androgens, in particular testosterone, which regulate sexual desire. and positively affect the entire male sexual apparatus. Thanks to its hormone-stimulating action, Tribulus Terrestris is successfully used in the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction and to increase fertility. Tribulus Terrestris dry extract contains various enzymes, proteins and inorganic elements. It also contains flavonoic glycosides and various steroid saponins such as protodioscins, which act by increasing the endogenous production of testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, with a consequent increase in spermatogenesis and improvement of libido and erectile function in men.
Maca (Lepidium Meyenii)
It is an annual herbaceous plant with a tuberous root that grows mainly in Latin America. It is rich in carbohydrates (59%), proteins (10.2%), fibers (8.5%), lipids (2.2%), amino acids (glutamic acid, arginine, aspartic acid, leucine, valine, glycine, alanine , phenylalanine, lysine, serine, isoleucine, threonine, tyrosine), minerals and trace elements (iron, iodine, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, zinc), B vitamins (B1, B2, B12), vitamin C, vitamin E and essential elements such as phytosterols (ergosterol, stigmasterol, sitosterol, campesterol), tannins and flavonoids.
Thanks to its constituents, Maca is known for its aphrodisiac properties in assisting the treatment of sexual disorders, for its tonic-stimulating properties as a corroborant in case of fatigue, psycho-physical exhaustion and neurasthenia and is also indicated to improve the mood. Finally, thanks to its vasodilating properties, which it also exerts on the corpora cavernosa, Maca is also a useful remedy for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction.
Damiana (Turnera diffuse)
Contains resins (about 14%), free and esterified gallic and ellagic tannins, polysaccharides, simple and complex sugars, gums and mucilages. Its aphrodisiac properties are known in assisting the treatment of sexual disorders, as a corroborating and stimulating in case of fatigue, psycho-physical exhaustion and neurasthenia and to improve mood.
