New generation product specific adjuvant in case of brittle hair to prevent hair loss. Its main constituents are Phosphatidic Acid, Melatonin, Tocotrienols, Serenoa serrulata Extract and Tetraxina Complex®. Its innovative formulation significantly strengthens the fibers and creates favorable conditions for a progressive restoration of the normal life cycle of the hair, which is essential to effectively combat the phenomena of falling and thinning. If used constantly over time, it can promote the restoration of the Anagen Phase even in areas of the scalp characterized by partial thinning.

Composition

Phosphatidic acid
It is a derivative of α-glycerophosphoric acid, in which the alcoholic groups are esterified with fatty acids. It is the precursor of all phospholipids and represents the key compound for the biosynthesis of these substances. Phosphatidic acid is a phospholipid that performs the functions of second intracellular messenger, the formation of which is catalyzed by the enzyme phospholipase D (PLD) involved in a transduction pathway that hydrolyzes phosphatidylcholine, with the formation of second intracellular messengers. Phosphatidic acid plays a key role in trichology as it stimulates hair growth by inducing the proliferation of keratinocytes in the follicle, thus disrupting the initiation of the Catagen Phase in the cells of the scalp.

Melatonin
It is an indole with a highly lipophilic chemical structure that allows it to easily penetrate into cells where it exerts a cytoprotective activity, protecting the intra and extracellular components from oxidative damage induced by free radicals. It is produced by the pituitary gland and many peripheral tissues including the skin and the hair follicle. At the follicle level, melatonin exerts both direct effects, with an antioxidant and protective action on the metabolically active cells in the Anagen Phase, and effects mediated by its binding to cellular receptors that inhibit entry into the telogen phase. Melatonin also exerts an antiandrogenic activity which is expressed through the binding on the receptors for androgens and estrogens.

Tocotrienols
They are natural compounds contained in many foods, especially of vegetable origin. Thanks to their lipophilic characteristic they are responsible for the localization and accumulation of the vitamin at the level of organelles and cell membranes. They regulate the skin barrier function and are powerful natural antioxidants, protecting cells from oxidative damage induced by free radicals, in particular those deriving from radiation and environmental pollution. Tocotrienols also exert a protective effect on the hair structure and stimulate the Anagen Phase of the hair growth cycle.

Serenoa serrulata extract
The extract, with high dermal absorption, inhibits the activity of the enzyme 5-α reductase with a consequent decrease in dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and a slowdown in hair loss.

Tetraxina Complex®
It is a mixture of substances, covered by a patent, essentially consisting of peptides, elements of plant origin, vitamins and minerals which together provide a correct supply of nutrients to the scalp cells, exert an antioxidant action, stimulate the production of collagen helping to improve the integrity of the extracellular matrix and thus favoring a better anchorage of the hair to the bulb.

Thanks to the synergistic action of its active components Tetraxin Complex:

  • Significantly strengthens the fibers
  • Creates favorable conditions for a progressive restoration of the normal life cycle of the hair (Anagen Phase), essential to effectively counteract the phenomena of hair loss and thinning
  • Stops and stops hair loss
  • Strengthens the anchoring of the hair to the hair bulb
  • It acts directly on the factors that cause the fall, usually identifiable through the examination of the hair
  • It has no side effects typical of drug treatment
  • It has no rebound effect
  • It determines not only a slowing down of the fall but also the regrowth of the hair
