Product based on Hydrolyzed Collagen , L-Arginine , Soya Glycine (tit. 40% Isoflavones) , Sodium Jaluronate and Vitamin E , which favors the trophism of the skin and its annexes. Indicated in all cases of dermis that has lost tone, thickness and elasticity, particularly dehydrated skin and as a pre and post menopausal prevention of damage induced by skin aging.
Composition
Hydrolyzed collagen
It is the most abundant protein in humans present in cartilage, tendons, ligaments, bone, extracellular matrix, basement membranes, cornea and crystalline where it binds cellular elements giving rise to the process of forming organs and tissues and giving them strength and elastic properties .
Collagen is a simple fibrous protein consisting of polypeptide chains in which the most present amino acids are glycine, proline, hydroxyproline and hydroxylisine. Each polypeptide chain coils to form a left-handed helix stabilized by hydrogen bridges and three left-handed helices then wrap to form a triple right-handed helix which constitutes the tropocollagen, further stabilized by cross-links, the number and position of which determine the elasticity and the resistance of the cells, and therefore the physical properties of the tissue. The spontaneous extracellular polymerization of the tropocollagen units then forms collagen fibrils. Collagen is largely responsible for the health and well-being of the skin system: it maintains the elasticity and tone of the dermis, prevents dehydration, avoiding the formation of wrinkles and ensuring mechanical protection.
The Hydrolyzed Collagen present in Yalidema is obtained by subjecting the native type I collagen to particular hydrolysis and purification processes which aim to make it more easily absorbable in the intestine. In this way the cells are supplied with the amino acid pool necessary to stimulate the synthesis of new collagen, promoting an anti-aging activity in the skin. In fact, with the normal aging process the synthesis and therefore the concentration of collagen in the skin is reduced over time, causing a decrease in turgor, elasticity and compactness, and consequently the appearance of wrinkles and streaks. The introduction of collagen is therefore indicated as a preventive treatment to delay the factors that favor skin aging.
L-Arginine
It is a semi-essential amino acid, found mainly in wheat, dried fruit, fish and meat. In the body it is transformed into nitric oxide by the action of the enzyme nitric oxide synthetase. Arginine is necessary for the execution of many physiological processes, such as hormone secretion, increased hormone production, the elimination of toxic substances from the body and the defense of the immune system. At the cutaneous level, it exerts an anti-aging activity that is expressed thanks to its high antioxidant activity necessary to counteract the damage induced by free radicals and protect cellular DNA. It also stimulates the release of growth hormone to delay aging, helps rebuild the lining of blood vessels and regenerate epidermal tissues.
Soybean glycine eg (tit. 40% Isoflavones)
They are compounds belonging to the category of phytoestrogens, substances of plant origin that are structurally and functionally similar to the estrogen hormones produced by the body. Among the isoflavones, dadzein and genistein are of particular importance. The latter in particular is the one on which the attention of research is focused due to the numerous properties and beneficial effects it exerts on our health. On the skin, genistein acts as a powerful anti-aging element. In fact, it has been shown to exert a strong antioxidant action, protecting the skin from damage induced by solar radiation; its intake favors the maintenance of the thickness of the dermis; inhibits some metal proteases of the dermis (MMP), responsible for the degradation of collagen fibers and stimulates dermal regeneration with an excellent safety profile, thus counteracting the skin aging process in a natural but effective way.
Sodium hyaluronate
It is a polysaccharide naturally present in the human body. The sodium salt of hyaluronic acid is formed by the repetition of disaccharide units of N-acetylglucosamine and sodium glucuronate and represents a fundamental component of the extracellular matrix of most tissues, in particular the dermis. Its main function is to maintain proper hydration of the tissues, thanks to the intrinsic ability to bind a large amount of water molecules. Therefore it appears to be an element with a high anti-aging power. In fact, its viscoelastic and moisturizing properties allow to maintain an adequate and natural hydration of the skin and consequently the turgor of the dermis, a necessary condition to guarantee optimal cellular functionality, favor the proliferation and stimulation of the activity of fibroblasts and therefore prevent and counter the skin aging process.
Vitamin E
It is a fat-soluble vitamin essential for humans, present in animal and vegetable fats and oils. Vitamin E plays an important antioxidant role in preventing the process of lipid peroxidation and oxidation of essential cellular constituents, triggered by the action of free radicals. It therefore stabilizes cell membranes, protects DNA and counteracts skin aging induced by environmental pollution and UV rays (photoaging).
Thanks to the active ingredients it contains
- Promotes trophism of the skin and its appendages resulting in a product with a remarkable anti-aging activity indicated for the prevention and treatment of damage induced by skin aging
- Induces the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin, ensuring an excellent level of hydration of the dermis
- It improves the tone, thickness and elasticity of the dermis
- It is particularly suitable for the treatment of dermal alterations in pre and post menopause (thin and dry skin, accentuation of wrinkles, laxity of the eyelids, cheeks, under the chin and breasts) and for the treatment of skin laxity following a diet.
- It turns out to be a support to Aesthetic Medicine treatments
