Specific ointment for the control of irritative phenomena of the anogenital area in pediatric age. Particularly indicated in the symptomatic treatment of itching, redness, burning in the course of anogenital inflammation of the pediatric and pre-pubertal age on an irritative basis (e.g. diaper rash), allergic (e.g. topical dermatitis), infectious (e.g. Staphylococcus vulvovaginitis ). Adjuvant in the symptomatic treatment of the vulvar repercussions of systemic diseases (eg chicken pox). The treatment is compatible with any pharmacological interventions required.
Contains Adelmidrol, a substance belonging to the class of Aliamides, capable of modulating mast cell degranulation, and consequently exerting a balancing action on tissue hyper-activity.
2-dodecenedioic acid (transtraumatic acid) facilitates the convergence of local epithelial cells, favoring the "restitutio ad integrum" of the mucus-skin barrier, which, in hyper-reactive conditions, is compromised. The product has an innovative mucoadhesive technology, such that the substances present in the formulation are dynamically conveyed and retained in the application site, thanks to the link between hyaluronic acid and CD44 receptors expressed by inflamed epithelial cells.

How to use
Apply 2 or more times a day, evenly distributing the ointment on the ano-genital area until symptoms are resolved or otherwise according to medical advice. In the case of diaper rash, spread a thin layer of product over the entire affected area at each diaper change, after careful washing. The product is formulated to ensure an effective protective mucocutaneous barrier.

Warnings
The product is not indicated for subjects already sensitized to the components present in the formulations.
